Redflex faces lawsuit for unapproved radar devices (Phoenix Business Journal, Sep 18): "Redflex Traffic Systems Inc. is facing what could become a class action lawsuit for allegedly using radar that was not approved for use in the U.S., a dispute also hanging up its contract with the Arizona Department of Public Safety." Westwood One Gives More Details On Metro Overhaul (Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Sep 7): "In a conference call today, Westwood One President/CEO Tom Beusse and newly named CFO Rod Sherwood talked about the previously announced overhaul of the Metro Networks traffic division, with Sherwood saying the change from 60 regional facilities to 13 hub markets 'more fully leverages our new digital technologies.'"
