Sofia Looks for Traffic Management Solutions with Dutch Help (Sofia News Agency, Jun 26): "Sofia municipality declared Thursday that with the financial help of the Dutch Ministry of Transport they are to fight the horrific traffic in the Bulgarian capital, introducing an intelligent traffic management system in the city."
